Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") govern your purchase and use of the subscription services provided by the Sktch application (hereinafter referred to as "Sktch" or "the App"). By purchasing or subscribing to any of the App’s subscription plans, you (hereinafter referred to as "the User") agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the User Agreement of Sktch. Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not purchase or use the subscription services.
Sktch is a lightweight styling tool for daily photos that allows users to generate comic-style or pencil sketch works with one tap. The subscription services are designed to provide users with enhanced access to the App’s core functions, without adding any features that the App does not currently have.
Sktch offers three types of subscription plans for users to choose from, each with the same subscription benefits but different durations and pricing. The pricing of each plan is clearly displayed in the App at the time of subscription, and may be adjusted from time to time by the Developer of Sktch (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer") without prior notice, provided that such adjustments will not affect the subscription benefits of users who have already purchased a plan.
The monthly subscription plan provides users with access to all subscription benefits for a period of one calendar month from the date of purchase. Upon the expiration of the one-month period, the subscription will automatically renew for another month unless you cancel the automatic renewal function in advance through the App or your device’s subscription settings.Sktch does not collect any facial data during the subscription period or renewal process.
The semi-annual subscription plan provides users with access to all subscription benefits for a period of six calendar months from the date of purchase. Upon the expiration of the six-month period, the subscription will automatically renew for another six months unless you cancel the automatic renewal function in advance through the App or your device’s subscription settings. This plan offers a more cost-effective option compared to the monthly subscription.Sktch does not collect any facial data during the subscription period or renewal process.
The annual subscription plan provides users with access to all subscription benefits for a period of twelve calendar months from the date of purchase. Upon the expiration of the twelve-month period, the subscription will automatically renew for another twelve months unless you cancel the automatic renewal function in advance through the App or your device’s subscription settings. This plan offers the most cost-effective option among the three subscription plans.Sktch does not collect any facial data during the subscription period or renewal process.
All subscription plans (monthly, semi-annual, and annual) provide users with the same set of subscription benefits, which are strictly limited to the following and do not include any additional features that the App does not currently offer:
Subscribed users can generate an unlimited number of comic-style or pencil sketch works through the App. This benefit removes the coin system restriction applicable to non-subscribed users, allowing you to generate styled works freely without consuming coins.Sktch does not collect any facial data during the image generation process, and all style transfers are completed locally on your device.
Subscribed users are not subject to any daily limits or restrictions on the number of image generations or other core functions of the App. You can use the App’s style generation, image saving, and sharing functions at any time, without any constraints on frequency or quantity.Sktch does not collect any facial data, and this benefit does not involve any data collection or tracking of your usage behavior.
Subscribed users will receive priority support from the Developer when encountering technical problems or having questions related to the App or the subscription service. When you contact the Developer through the designated contact information, your inquiry will be processed and responded to with priority compared to non-subscribed users, ensuring that your issues are resolved in a timely manner.Sktch does not collect any facial data when you request priority support, and you do not need to provide any facial information to receive this benefit.
To purchase a subscription plan, you need to select the desired plan in the App’s subscription section and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the payment. The payment will be processed through the payment method associated with your device (such as the official payment platform of your mobile operating system). Upon successful payment, your subscription will take effect immediately, and you will gain access to all subscription benefits.Sktch does not collect any facial data during the purchase process, and no personal information other than the necessary payment details (processed by the device’s payment platform) is required.
The subscription fee is charged in advance for the entire duration of the selected plan. The fee is non-refundable unless required by applicable laws and regulations or as otherwise specified in these Terms. If you fail to complete the payment due to network problems or other reasons, your subscription will not take effect, and you will not be able to access the subscription benefits.Sktch does not collect any facial datarelated to your payment or subscription.
All subscription plans are set to automatically renew by default. Upon the expiration of your current subscription period, the subscription will be automatically renewed for the same duration, and the corresponding subscription fee will be deducted from your device’s associated payment method. You will receive a reminder from the App or your device’s payment platform before the renewal and deduction occur.Sktch does not collect any facial data during the automatic renewal process.
You can cancel the automatic renewal function at any time before the end of the current subscription period. The cancellation process must be completed through the App’s subscription settings or your device’s subscription management interface, in accordance with the prompts provided. Once automatic renewal is canceled, your subscription will expire at the end of the current period, and no further fees will be deducted. You will still be able to access the subscription benefits until the expiration date.Sktch does not collect any facial data when you cancel automatic renewal.
If you cancel automatic renewal or fail to complete the renewal payment, your subscription will expire at the end of the current period. Upon expiration, you will lose access to all subscription benefits and will revert to the non-subscribed user status, subject to the coin system and other restrictions applicable to non-subscribed users.Sktch does not collect any facial data when your subscription expires.
The Developer reserves the right to terminate your subscription and revoke your access to the subscription benefits if you violate these Terms, the Sktch User Agreement, or engage in any improper use of the App or the subscription service. Upon termination, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused portion of the subscription fee.Sktch does not collect any facial data, and termination of your subscription will not involve any handling of facial data.
The subscription benefits are limited to the features explicitly listed in these Terms, and the Developer does not guarantee any additional benefits or improvements unless clearly stated. The Developer reserves the right to modify or update the App’s functions from time to time, but such modifications will not reduce the subscription benefits you have purchased. The Developer shall not be liable for any interruption or unavailability of the subscription service caused by technical problems, network failures, or other factors beyond its control.Sktch does not collect any facial data, and the Developer shall not be liable for any issues related to facial data collection, as such collection does not occur.

The Developer will process your inquiry and provide a reply within 3 to 5 business days. All information you provide when contacting the Developer is only used to handle your inquiries and will not be collected or stored by the App.Sktch does not collect any facial data, and you do not need to provide any facial information when contacting the Developer.
