User Agreement
By downloading, installing, and using the Sktch application (hereinafter referred to as "Sktch" or "the App"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User") agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must immediately stop downloading, installing, and using the App.
Sktch is designed to be used without the need for user registration or account creation, so you can start using the App immediately after downloading and installing it, without providing any personal information such as an email address, phone number, or facial data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that all your data remains under your control at all times.
Sktch is a lightweight styling tool for daily photos. It allows users to upload life photos, portraits, or casual shots, and generate comic-style or pencil sketch works with one tap. The App relies on a stable interface to complete style transfer while retaining the main composition and key details of the original photo, enhancing lines, color blocks, and hand-drawn textures. The App supports selecting images from the photo album or camera, one-tap generation, high-definition watermark-free saving, and system sharing.Sktch does not collect any facial data, and all image processing and data storage are completed locally on your device, ensuring that your personal photos and related information will not be uploaded to any external server.
By using Sktch, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are a minor, you must use the App under the supervision and guidance of your legal guardian, who shall be responsible for your use of the App.The App does not collect any facial data, including the facial data of minors, and all operations related to image processing are performed locally on the device to protect the privacy and safety of all users.
When using Sktch, you agree to abide by the following obligations: You shall only upload photos that you own the legal right to use, and shall not upload any photos that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of others. You shall not use the App to generate or share any illegal, obscene, violent, defamatory, or other inappropriate content. You shall properly maintain your device and ensure that your use of the App does not violate any applicable laws and regulations.Sktch does not collect any facial data, and the App has no function to collect or store any facial data.
The developer of Sktch (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the App on your personal mobile device for non-commercial purposes. You may use all the functions provided by the App in accordance with this Agreement, including but not limited to selecting images, generating styled works, saving, and sharing.All information generated during your use of the App is processed locally, and information is only retained on your local device. When you actively delete the information, the information will be deleted. Therefore, the App does not collect any facial data.
You shall not engage in any of the following behaviors when using the App: Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the App or any part thereof; Copy, distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the App to any third party; Use the App for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the Developer; Use the App in a way that may damage, disable, overload, or impair the App or its related services; Use any third-party software or tools to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App.Sktch does not collect any facial data, and you shall not use any means to force the App to collect or transmit facial data, as such behaviors are in violation of this Agreement and may result in the suspension or termination of your usage rights.
Sktch adopts a coin system to limit the number of free uses. Users can obtain a certain number of free coins upon first downloading and installing the App, and each generation of styled works will consume a certain number of coins. When the free coins are used up, users need to obtain additional coins through in-app purchases or other activities designated by the Developer. All coin-related data is stored locally on your device, and the Developer does not collect or store any of your coin usage records or related information.The App does not collect any facial data, and there is no connection between the coin system and any facial information.
Sktch offers in-app subscription services, which allow users to unlock unlimited coins and other exclusive rights after subscribing. The subscription price and duration are clearly displayed in the App, and you can choose the appropriate subscription plan according to your needs. By subscribing to the service, you agree to pay the corresponding subscription fee in accordance with the terms displayed in the App. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel the automatic renewal function in advance. All subscription-related data is processed and stored locally on your device, and the Developer does not collect any of your subscription information or payment records.Sktch does not collect any facial data, and the subscription service does not require you to provide any facial information or other personal data.
Once you complete the in-app purchase or subscription, no refunds will be provided unless required by applicable laws and regulations. If you encounter technical problems during the purchase or subscription process that result in failure to obtain the corresponding coins or subscription rights, you can contact the Developer through the contact information provided in this Agreement for assistance. Upon receiving your refund application, the Developer will review the details of your application within 3 to 5 business days, verify the validity of the technical problem you encountered, and provide you with a clear reply regarding the result of the refund application.The App does not collect any facial data or other irrelevant personal information during the entire refund application and processing process.
The entire content of Sktch, including but not limited to the software code, interface design, logo, text, images, and functions, is owned by the Developer and protected by intellectual property laws. You shall not infringe upon the Developer's intellectual property rights in any way. You are only granted the right to use the App in accordance with this Agreement, and no other rights are granted to you.Sktch does not collect any facial data, and the intellectual property rights of the App are independent of any user data, including facial information.
You retain all intellectual property rights to the original photos you upload and the styled works generated through the App.The App does not collect any facial data, and the Developer will not use any facial information in your works for any purpose, as no such data is collected or stored.
The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use or inability to use Sktch, including but not limited to damages caused by device failure, software errors, network problems, or user error. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or error, and will not be liable for any loss caused by the temporary suspension or failure of the App's functions.Sktch does not collect any facial data, and the Developer shall not be liable for any issues related to facial data collection, as such collection does not occur.
The styled works generated by Sktch are based on the original photos uploaded by you and the style transfer algorithm of the App. The Developer does not guarantee that the styled works will fully meet your expectations, and the effect of the styled works may vary depending on the quality, composition, and content of the original photos. You acknowledge and accept that the final effect of the styled works is subject to the actual generation result of the App. All image processing is completed locally on your device, and the App does not collect any facial dataduring the generation process.
The Developer reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement from time to time. When the Agreement is modified, the Developer will notify you through the App or other reasonable means. If you continue to use the App after the modification of the Agreement, you shall be deemed to have agreed to the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you must immediately stop using the App.Sktch does not collect any facial data, and any modification to the Agreement will not involve any terms related to facial data collection.
This Agreement shall remain in effect until you stop using the App or the Agreement is terminated in accordance with the terms herein. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App and deleting all related data. The Developer may terminate this Agreement and suspend your usage rights if you violate any terms of this Agreement, engage in illegal or inappropriate use of the App, or if the App is discontinued or updated. Upon termination of the Agreement, all your rights to use the App will be terminated, and all information stored locally on your device will remain under your control.The App does not collect any facial data, so there is no need to request the Developer to delete any facial data upon termination of the Agreement.

All information you provide when contacting the Developer is only used to handle your inquiries and will not be collected or stored by the App.Sktch does not collect any facial data, and you do not need to provide any facial information when contacting the Developer.
